- Pathology: tissue microarrays, expression and CGH arrays with Agilent and Affymetrix scanners; 10 terabyte digital repository for pathology images
- Mass spectrometry (SELDI, imaging mass spectrometry, LC-MS/MS), 2D-PAGE, robotic liquid handling, robotic spot cutting and gel management systems, RAID 5 Opteron/Xeon co-processor data processing and storage (10 terabyte) system for proteomic data
- Biotherapy: the production of cell derived vaccines and cellular targeting of viruses in the NBS facility.
- Imaging: CT PET; full range of imaging capacity in the new Oncology wing; expertise in multi-modality spectroscopy
- GCLP Clinical Trials Pharmacology Laboratory (Bradford) has a wide range of analytical equipment for pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies as described in the research proposal.
- The Centre for MR Investigation (Hull) has 3 scanners (1.5T and 3.0T) for both imaging and spectroscopy studies
