Research Nurse training: Delivering complex trials as a research nurse working in the ECMC network

The ECMC Research Nurse network group is running a training day for research nurses. The training: Delivering complex trials as a research nurse working in the ECMC network is for adult and paediatric research nurses who have been working in early phase cancer research for around 3 to 18 months. Agenda items include:

  • Changes in early phase cancer trials: hearing both the clinician and research nurse perspective
  • Parallel workshops: 1) Consenting to complex early phase trials; 2) Managing and delivering care for patients on complex early phase trials and 3) End of study
  • SMPaeds
