Sheffield ECMC is running a free virtual Bone Oncology Workshop.

Taking place on 2-3 November 2020 the NCRI Virtual Showcase will feature a number of topical sessions, panel discussions and proffered paper presentations

The annual Methods in Clinical Cancer Research workshop is a week-long course designed to educate and train early-career investigators in the best practice of clinical trial design and provide access to experienced clinical investigators from different institutions and countries with expertise across all areas of clinical research.

Don’t know who to ask about COVID-19 implications when planning future trials? Then join ECMC North in the educational event to help develop a framework for delivery during the pandemic.

The Institute of Cancer Research and the ECMC jointly present an Immunohistochemistry (IHC) workshop on emerging technologies and application of IHC in clinical research. The workshop is aimed to support researchers, clinicians working on IHC and PhD students. The workshop is taking place via Zoom on 26 March 2021, 9am-12pm.

The ECMC Research Nurse Network Group is running training for adult and paediatric research nurses who have been working in early phase cancer research for around 3 to 18 months. The aim of this course is to equip new early phase research nurses to deliver high quality, patient-centred care within the regulatory framework.

The meeting this year will be held virtually and bring together early phase trialists (including statisticians, clinicians and trial managers) to discuss practical implementation of novel early phase trial designs, early phase guidance and reporting quality.
