Trial Operational Delivery Forum
This group brings together operational experts from across our network to develop practical solutions to the challenges faced by those delivering and managing UK clinical trials.
Scope of membership
The Trial Operational Delivery Forum is a collaborative community of operational professionals from the experimental cancer medicine centres (ECMC) network who are dedicated to sharing insights and best practices. The forum takes a solution-focused approach to addressing challenges in the early-phase oncology research sector, leveraging the collective expertise of the network to influence regulators, industry, and key stakeholders.
The core forum membership consists of the chair and centre business leads from each site, with researchers and wider delivery teams engaged as required, depending on project needs.
